I asked you to work your magic and you have… Replaced the tight sleeves with beautiful lace sleeves you made. Perfect Thankyou sooo much. Jane did a fantastic job of altering my wedding dress. Such a lovely lady and her work was amazing. There was absolutely no sign that she had worked her magic on it, it fit perfectly and she even squeezed me in on a very short timescale due to me being let down elsewhere! Thank you Jane! Jayne is lovely, friendly and very helpful. After measuring all 5 of my items and estimating a couple of weeks for the timescales, she was also able to do one item on the spot for me so I had something for the weekend which was greatly appreciated. High quality of work and I’ll be back again.

Jayne was so helpful when my daughters prom dress was altered to short by someone else. Jayne opened her shop especially for us, made us feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble for her. She saved the day. Only wish I’d have known about Jayne first.

Can’t recommend Elegance by Jayne enough. Sarah popped in this morning (with an appointment) to have Zofias prom dress adjusted. Had a fitting, and it only needed a small adjustment so Jayne did it there and then, and was incredibly reasonably priced. If you need any clothing adjustments, Furnishings or repairs, do pay her a visit on Market Street in Dalton.

Jayne has been excellent! She has fit us in to alter wedding suit pants at very last minute and has been extremely helpful.

Loved my Daughters prom dress, it fitted her perfectly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for prom dresses.

Jayne did a fabulous job at altering a suit for us. We bought one from Vinted and when it arrived it was huge! We went to Jayne and she altered it perfectly for us – we would definitely recommend her! It looks like a completely different suit altogether!  We ended up getting suit back earlier than planned and the alteration wasn’t massively expensive either!

Brought quite a few items to Jayne , in particular a dress which needed altering for a wedding abroad. Jayne did a beautiful job and it was quite a tricky dress but she took time and patience in ensuring it was all perfect. Thanks very much Jayne for an absolute 5⭐️ service
